Orders for products are processed within 24 hours, and are usually shipped
within 1-2 business days. Your order is processed in the order it was placed amongst
other orders from other customers.
Out of stock items may take additional time to ship.
Orders placed before 5:30PM PST (8:30PM EST) go to the warehouse the next business
day. If any items are out of stock then those items will be forwarded to another
distributor for shipping within two business days. Express (standard) orders often
take 1-2 business days to ship and then will be delivered within 5-7 business days depending on the distance the order has to travel. If an order is submitted after Thursday at 8:30pm EST, it will be received at the warehouse to begin processing on Monday morning as the warehouse is closed weekends. That will add days to the potential delivery. We can not guarantee safe delivery to non-USA countries. European countries are usually no problem. Occasionally some Asian country's customs officials will steal your order, but this happens rarely. Other countries, especially if the country is poor or corrupt, it is possible that your package will be stolen. If you are concerned, you may want to find a company that specializes in shipping into your country. Then have us ship to that company and have them handle final delivery to you. UPS will not ship our products to the following countries: Bahrain, Bulgaria, China, Egypt, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Kuwait, Malaysia, Namibia, New Zealand, Oman, Pakistan, Philippine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, United Arab Emirates.

Mail addressed to military post offices overseas is subject to certain conditions or restrictions of mailing regarding content, preparation, and handling.
We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred or for the retention of your order by customs if it does not pass inspection and you will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for all expenses in these circumstances.

CANCELLATIONS:We do not cancel orders after they have been submitted. The only time we do this is if there is an error on our part, we find attempted fraud or a minor attempting to illegally place an order. We do not have the manpower to deal with those of you who order and cancel on a daily basis; our processing company also charges us money for this each and every time. You are only hurting our true customers by making it impossible for us to keep our prices down or lower them. Your order is received and authorized against your credit card immediately. It reaches the distributor overnight and is entered into their automated system upon receipt. Due to the volume of orders received, it is not possible to interrupt the process to make a change to your order at this point. It has already been authorized against your card and may have begun the packing process and/or may have shipped. You should place a new order with the additional items. Please note you may be charged fees for the additional order.
RETURNS:
We do not accept returns on personal use products for obvious reasons including serious Health & Sanitation Issues. For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded! If you have further questions or problems, please Contact Us. We do Not accept returns on Multimedia items such DVDs and Videos unless factory sealed. There is a 15 day return policy on all items, with the following conditions:
* Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
* Opened items cannot be returned unless defective.
* No returns on personal use products including all novelties unless defective.
* Shipping charges are not refundable.
* Please contact us for an authorization number before returning any items.
* We are sorry but we do not pay for postage on returns.
* We generally do not believe in charging restocking fees, however, to protect satismax.com against abuse of this policy, We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (up to 15%) at our discretion.
Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
The following procedures must be followed or the return will be refused.
1. Please contact us to request RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Include a copy of invoice which was received with the product(s).
We will enter the information into our system, so that the Returns Department will handle your return smoothly. After one of satismax.com representative review your request you can check the RMA status if it's been authorized or declined. (You must be logged in to your account, to follow up on the return status)
2. To obtain a refund for a non-defective product, you must return the product factory sealed.
3. A restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply.
4. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Our boxes are sealed shut with plain brown packing tape. If you receive a package that looks like it has been opened and resealed with clear packing tape, this means your order has been tampered with while in possession of UPS or USPS. If you like, you can refuse delivery from UPS and then contact us for refund or exchange. You may accept the package as it might be fine, but if not, we can still help you, but please understand that problems with that order are probably the fault of UPS or USPS and not us.
Product shipped, but still hasn't arrived:
If you have your invoice number, you can track your order online. By tracking online you can get your UPS or USPS tracking number. Contact UPS or US Mail with your tracking number to see if they have information on when your package will arrive. If contacting the shipping company does not help, contact us.
Shipping Options and Costs
We have multiple distributors so your order may come separately depending on availability of items at a given distributor. Your order is automatically forwarded to the next warehouse in line until your complete order has shipped. You do not pay additional shipping if your order has to ship from more than one warehouse. BEWARE: Large and/or heavy items like expensive love dolls and large rubber products may cost significantly more to ship than what we pre-bill you. We WILL BILL YOU LATER for shipping charges that turn out to be higher. We will also CREDIT if it turns out we over-billed for shipping.
